Company Direction in Bermuda
The Certificate in Company Direction (CICD) is step 1 in the IoD Chartered Director programme. Each year, the IoD Bermuda hosts the 4 modules in the CICD for resident delegates. Successful completion of a module and its accompanying examination results in a modular award. Completion of all 4 modules and their examinations leads to the Certificate in Company Direction award. While most delegates pursue the CICD designation, a delegate may elect to complete a module based on subject matter interest and decide against testing for certification.
