*If covid related health, physical distancing and travel restrictions are lifted, these modules will be presented to Bermuda delegates by IoD Course Leaders who will travel to the island. If covid restrictions are not lifted, the modules will be presented virtually.
Overview
The Diploma uses simulated board and business environments to give delegates an opportunity to apply and integrate the knowledge gained from the Certificate in Company Direction programme and their experience in a realistic and safe environment. The programme focuses on an extended case study of a company that experiences critical incidents which require its board to assess and deal with a variety of issues and levels of risk.
* A minimum of 10 delegate registrations is required to support the offering of this module.
